Working time calculator: record, calculate & plan your working time

The working time calculator is a practical tool that you can use to enter your working hours for each day of the week and calculate your weekly working time.

Daily working hours: The tool allows you to enter the working hours for each day of the week. You can choose which days you have worked and set the exact working hours.
Optional breaks: You can also add optional breaks if you had them. There are two possible breaks that you can activate and for which you can specify the duration in minutes.
Calculating working hours: After you have entered the working hours and breaks for the week, click on the “Calculate working hours” button. The tool then calculates and displays the working time for each day.
Weekly working time: At the bottom of the result you will find the weekly working time calculated on the basis of the data entered. This gives you an overview of how many hours you have worked in total this week.
Enter the hours to be worked (optional): Before clicking on the “Calculate working hours” button, you have the option of entering the hours to be worked in an input field. This entry is optional if the difference between the contractual weekly hours is to be calculated.

How to use the working hours calculator

Click on the checkbox of the respective day of the week to select the days on which you worked.
Enter the exact start and end time for each selected day.
If you had breaks, activate the corresponding checkbox and enter the duration of the breaks in minutes.
You can also optionally enter the contractually agreed weekly hours to see whether you had plus or minus hours for the week.
Click on the “Calculate working time” button to display the working time for each day and the weekly working time.
Once the working time has been calculated, you can copy the entire result to your device’s clipboard by clicking on the “Copy result” button.
